Who needs to be fingerprinted?

Anyone applying to be licensed or anyone that is renewing through the California Board of Accountancy. This includes

• Anyone not previously fingerprinted as a condition of licensure.

• Anyone that does not have electronic fingerprint records.

• Anyone converting from inactive to active status

 

What do you need to bring?

• The Request for Live Scan Form

• Government-issued photo ID

• Your form of payment
